  • Full access is provided during the initial 14-day access period

  • After 14 days, your membership automatically continues at the standard monthly rate unless cancelled

  • All pricing, billing dates, and terms are clearly displayed at checkout and within our Terms of Use

This structure allows members to experience the platform properly while maintaining fairness across the community.


2. Cancellation Policy

You remain in full control of your membership.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

  • If you cancel before the end of the 14-day period, no further charges will be made

  • If you cancel after billing, your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle

Cancelling prevents future charges but does not revoke access already granted.


3. Refund Policy (Digital Access)

Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access:

  • Refunds are not provided once a billing cycle has begun

  • This applies to subscriptions, digital programs, bundles, and one-time purchases

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that value is delivered instantly and agree to this no-refund policy after billing.


4. Refunds at Our Discretion

In rare cases involving verified technical issues or exceptional circumstances, refunds may be issued solely at the discretion of The Seller’s Academy.

  • Refund decisions are final

  • Repeated requests, access abuse, or completed content consumption are not eligible

  • No entitlement to a refund is implied or guaranteed


5. Annual Memberships (If Applicable)

For members on a 12-month plan:

  • Full access is granted for the entire subscription term

  • You may cancel at any time to prevent renewal

  • No partial or unused-time refunds are provided

This ensures transparency and long-term value.


6. Affiliate Program Fair-Use Policy

  • Active subscribers receive full affiliate commissions with no deductions

  • Non-subscribed affiliates may have a compliance fee applied to payouts
